Compensation and Reward Management

 

The compensation structure at our Bank consists of a monthly base salary, a performance-based bonus, and additional supplementary benefits.

Salary adjustments are conducted once a year and are primarily performance-driven. These adjustments take into account the national economic outlook, inflation rates, industry benchmarks, and our competitive compensation strategy.

Salaries are paid based on a 12-month payment system.

Reward Management

A differentiated bonus scheme is implemented based on performance groups.
