At our Bank, we offer internship opportunities designed to support young talents who are interested in pursuing a career in the banking sector. These include both compulsory internship programs and long-term internship programs tailored for university students.
Compulsory Internship Program – National Internship Program (Presidency Internship Mobilization Project)
Applications for compulsory internships at our Bank are accepted exclusively through the Kariyer Kapısı platform as part of the Presidency Internship Mobilization Project.
Through this national program, university students who are seeking to gain practical work experience through internships can access internship opportunities via the Kariyer Kapısı platform. Application periods and eligibility requirements are announced by the Presidential Human Resources Office through its official website.
As a participating institution, our Bank contributes to this national initiative by providing career opportunities to university students and supporting the development of future talent.
Long-Term Internship Program
The Ex-IT Long-Term Internship Program is a talent and employment initiative specifically designed for students interested in the banking and information technologies sectors. Developed exclusively for our Information Technologies teams, the program targets third- and fourth-year undergraduate students.
Throughout the academic year, participants work part-time—two to three days a week—in our IT departments, gaining hands-on experience while continuing their studies.
The primary objective of this program is to provide students with firsthand exposure to professional life, help them gain sector-specific experience, and support their career development through a structured mentoring system.
This program reflects our Bank’s commitment to nurturing talent from within—by identifying and developing potential candidates during their university years. Participants who demonstrate strong performance during the program are given priority consideration in our post-graduation recruitment processes.
